FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: substance centrifuged layer is measured in vacuum glass test tube or transparent plastic test tube provided with float. In conduction of analysis of possible infected substance, e.g., blood, vacuum test tube makes it possible to make measurements without running in to danger of being affected with measured blood. These tubes are large enough to accommodate, say, one milliliter of blood and are filled with inert gas at low pressure. Due to large volume of sample, for above indicated test tubes and float, the requirements are less stringent for permissible deviations of sizes as compared with those imposed on capillary tubes. Cell groups during centrifuging are stabilized by flowing matter layer which is located on layer of plasma and forms a thin film on it. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 6 cl, 3 dwg
