FIELD: natural minerals beneficiation. SUBSTANCE: gravitational separation is carried out with output of gold-bearing concentrate and gravitational tailings. Gravitational tailings are subjected to collective sulfide flotation in presence of butyl xanthate and foam maker. Collective concentrate and tailings are produced. Soda is additionally introduced in collective sulfide flotation. T-80 is used as foam maker. Ratio of butyl xanthate, soda and T-80 is as following: from 1.0 : 28.0 : 0.7 up to 1.0 : 32.0 : 0.9. Collective concentrate is subjected to selective flotation to produce commercial concentrates. Gold-bearing concentrate is subjected to flotation finishing in presence of butyl xanthate, lime, blue vitriol and T-80 with their ratio from 1.0 : 75.0 : 0.1 : 0.5 up to 1.0 : 100.0 : 0.15 :0.6. Collective sulfide flotation is exercised with sizes of no more than 0.2 mm and share of fraction less than 0.074 mm from 40 % to 50 %. Flotation finishing of gold-bearing concentrate is carried out with share of 95 % fraction of less than 0.044 mm. EFFECT: increased productivity. 3 cl, 3 tbl, 1 dwg
