SUBSTANCE: device has base with vertical upright of variable height which upper part has double-arm lever with movable load mounted by means of fixing member and fixing openings, the lever arms length ratio being controllable due to openings made. Cross-pieces with guiding blocks for two push-pull rods are mounted on the ends of the double-arm lever, the push-pull rods are attached to vibrators on one end and to the fixing members to transfer load to be applied to patients. Loading bar with movable load is suspended to the vibrators from below through flexible ties. Unloading mechanism is attached to the upper end face surface of the upright. The mechanism has braking strip having a shaft with fly wheel attached to it from below. The fly wheel has braking eccentrics rigidly mounted on it under the flexible ties and the double-arm lever.
