FIELD: space engineering. SUBSTANCE: compartment has force frame made up as a blade wheel and mounted inside the housing, fuel tanks, liquid rocket engines for control of the space craft in pitch, yaw, and roll angles as well as for correction of the spacecraft orbit, and ball-vessel. The control engines are assembled to define modules mounted on the force frame. The space of the ball-vessel is connected with the gas space of the fuel tanks through a pipe line. The force frame has ring supports by way of which the frame is coupled with the compartment of the space craft. To provide a rigidity required, the frame has longitudinal rod members with end units.
