FIELD: medicinal biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the preparing strain of hybrid cultured murine cells producing high-affinitive monoclonal antibodies to the human thyrotropic hormone. Strain is obtained by hybridization of murine splenocytes (strain Balb/c) with myeloma cells X63 Ag. 653. Monoclonal antibodies belong to isotype Ig G1, their concentration in cultural fluid and ascitic fluid is 15-20 mcg/ml and 5-10 mg/ml, respectively. Developed test-system based on the obtained monoclonal antibodies ensures to assay the human thyrotropic hormone in human biological fluids at the range of concentrations 2.4-50.0 mc IU/ml.
