FIELD: civil engineering and operation of earth constructions in terrains with permafrost soils. SUBSTANCE: antiseepage screen of frozen soils is built using device for accumulating cold. Soil heat exchangers of the device are placed in optimum manner from embankment top to exclude or decrease warming effect of surface and over frost waters.
