Concurrently hydrodynamic pressure pulses are disturbed in the well. This is done by sudden pressure increase and decrease. Pressure increase is applied after seating cementing plug onto due cut stopping members. Sudden pressure decrease is carried out after cutting stopping members. Device includes a string and extension unit placed in it, a train of cut stopping members, cementing plug, catcher and support rings. String has ring turnings for support rings in its joint members.
