METHOD FOR TREATING INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OF UTERINE APPENDAGES

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves puncturing skin stepping 1 cm to inside from the developed point near the anteroinferior iliac spine and moving the needle under local anesthesia towards the pubic articulation to 6-7 cm in depth. Conductor is introduced along the needle according to Seldinger method, the needle is removed and 0.1-0.15 cm internal diameter vinyl chloride catheter is introduced along the conductor. To inject medicinal mixture, intravenous injection system is connected through a conductor to the catheter fixed on the skin with silk ligature. The medicinal mixture has: novocaine solution - 0.25%- 100.0, antibiotic, chemotripsin, hydrocortizon, heparin. Lesion zone is exposed to galvanic current immediately after the medicinal mixture being injected. To do it, electrodes with washers (200- 300 cm in area) are arranged in a manner the lesion focus is in the interelectrode space. One electrode is applied with hydrophylic washer over the pubic zone with some shift towards the lesion focus, the other one is applied to the sacral region. Current density is selected individually according to individual feeling of a patient (light pricking under the electrode) so that it oscillates within the limits of 0.03-0.65 mA. Treatment duration is 60 min. Medicine is administered in drops one time during 5 days. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment.
