SUBSTANCE: method involves using plants with high sugar content, for instance persicaria, to provide protein synthesis; grinding, pressing and separating liquid fraction from residue; pasteurizing liquid fraction at temperature of 70-75 C for half an hour; cooling to 36-38 C; introducing carbamide or diammonium phosphate; inoculating by Candida tropikal is type yeast culture in an amount of 3% of leaven of total volume of medium; providing fermentation for 8-10 hours; mixing obtained suspension with residues and drying. EFFECT: increased efficiency by simplified fermentation of green mass and wider range of feedstuff.
