FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves application of an endoscope for leading a catheter into the empty intestine. Electrolyte solution (1,200 ml, 16-18 C) is infused into the empty intestine with the rate of infusion 200 ml/min, and the procedure is repeated the next day if there is no defecation. If needed, the catheter remains in the intestine for jejunal feeding. EFFECT: higher treatment efficacy.
