FIELD: medicine; experimental surgery and pathology; experimental pharmacology; pathological anatomy. SUBSTANCE: value of intraskin pressure is measured at intact (symmetrical parts of skin, not-affected by thermal factor) and at equal number of points of different areas of affected skin. Tissue (intraskin) pressure is at affected parts in relation to tissue pressure in intact skin to the end of the first day after burn occurred. From 1,1-1,2 coefficient the normalization of morpho- functional condition of skin is prognosed to the seventh day from the beginning of burn disease; changes are evaluated as light degree of thermal affection. If the coefficient is higher than 1,2, absence of normalization of skin integument is prognosed; affection of skin integument is evaluated as average and heavy degree of thermal affection. Introduced coefficient provides improved precision of testing, as well as high truth of received results. EFFECT: reduced number of subsequent diagnostical and medicinal manipulations; reduced labour input.
