METHOD OF FORMATION, MACHINE DOCUMENTATION AND STORAGE OF BANK OF TEST-DIAGNOSED TECHNICAL PARAMETERS OF ROAD-BUILDING MACHINES, FOR INSTANCE ROLLERS, AND SYSTEM FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

FIELD: road-building machines. SUBSTANCE: method can be used for evaluation of technical condition of machine, for instance, self-propelled roller in process of its assembly, hot running in and at stage of working tests at factory testing ground, in process of periodic evaluations and certification, in process of usage of machine. Method of formation of road-building machines involving following operations: collection, formation and automatic re-recording of information received from instruments into storage of electronic device; processing and comparison of obtained information, its conversion into code and transmission over communication line through commutator to display of personal computer and into electronic storage unit. System for implementation of method is provided with autonomous modules completed structurally and functionally with unified mechanical and electrical couplings; with autonomous instrumentation module 9 of intershop recording of test-diagnosed technical parameters of completing units and aggregates, their technical documentation, with autonomous module 3 based on machine for complex recording of test-diagnosed technical parameters of operating road-building machine; with module 1 for collection, processing and coding of recorded information, with communication unit 4 for transmission of received information into personal computer 6 and into electronic storage unit 7 with the aid of commutator 5. System is also fitted with power supply source 8 and control desk 9. EFFECT: increased efficiency of control over quality of completing units and aggregate, over technical condition of machine for timely analysis of complaints, for location of sources of breakdowns, for consideration of examined parameter as time goes on and its interconnection with other parameters, for automatic recording of peculiarities of each manufactured machine. 1 dwg
