SUBSTANCE: method involves prescribing complex of therapeutic exercises including those causing reverse motion of segment to the initial position; placing roll made from rigid material and formed as longitudinally split cylinder on trestle-bed or chair; laying patient transverse to this roll on the side of displacement of segment, with roll being positioned in the projection of displaced segment. Operator gives a command to patient to stretch arms above head and raise legs, with patient lying in horizontal plane above support with roll. When exercise is done on side or on back, operator assists in doing exercise by supporting his extremities. EFFECT: increased efficiency and intensified process of reverse motion of displaced segment to normal position.
