BLOWDOWN WATER CLEANING SYSTEM FOR SECONDARY-CIRCUIT STEAM GENERATOR OF NUCLEAR POWER PLANT

FIELD: nuclear power engineering. SUBSTANCE: system is located in auxiliary compartment abutting reactor room and in close proximity of turbine room. Blowdown pipings running from steam generators of turbine room are connected to evaporator in the form of vertical cylinder at its top portion that has expansion and separating sections and bottom part has evaporating section. Secondary-steam discharge piping is connected to top end part of cylinder, separator dump piping, to bottom end part of cylinder, and heating-steam piping, to its center part. Evaporator separator discharge piping is connected to blowdown water cooler which is connected to cooling water piping. EFFECT: improved quality of recovered blowdown water cleaned of nonvolatile components; improved quality of secondary steam produced to meet secondary feedwater requirements; provision for discharging evaporated solution to sediment tank. 1 dwg
