SUBSTANCE: method for desalinization of saline soils under conditions of permafrost provides for simultaneous ploughing of fertile layer, partial loosening of underlying layers and formation of parallel mole drains in the middle part of active layer. If the treated areas are inclined, channels are formed in the lower part to tap the drains. On horizontal areas, drainage columns are staggered on drains. Then, the fertile layer is saturated with water, and after appearance of mineralized water on the surface and its freezing in the cold season of the year, the ice from drainage columns and channels is removed.
