METHOD FOR LAYING RAIL RUNNER OF SEAMLESS RAILWAY

FIELD: railway building, laying rail runner of seamless railway, may be used in laying, repair and operation of seamless railway. SUBSTANCE: method for laying rail runner of seamless railway is laid in the facts that rail runner and adjoining leveling rails are laid down onto subrail base. One end of the rail runner and adjoining leveling rails are attached to subrail base. Lengthwise force sufficient to enlarge the rail runner for predetermined length is applied to the second end of the runner using force pair. This force is retained. Rail runner is attached to subrail base. Rest connected rigidly to the rail runner is placed out of area of the joint. The rail is slightly loaded with vertical load. Stability of the rest from being displaced in lengthwise direction (N_y) is determined using the following formula: N_s≥ N_d+N_l≥ q•l•k+Δl•E•F/l,, where N_d is lengthwise force required and sufficient to displace rail runner of l length along the base without change of its length; Δ_l lengthwise force required and sufficient to change size of rail runner of l length by a design value Δl; k is friction coefficient; F is rail cross section area; E is modulus of elasticity of the rail steel; q is rail specific weight per meter. Then lengthwise force is retained until rail runner is joined to adjoining rail. Rail runner is attached to the base on removing lengthwise force. EFFECT: effective rail elongation. 1 cl, 1 dwg
