FIELD: mining. SUBSTANCE: method for open exploitation of inclined strata of minerals includes under- horizon opening upper stratum with cutting trench on suspended side by excavator, working rock triangle between side of cutting trench and upper strata roof, working upper stratum, interstrata layer and lower stratum with delay in space and time for depth equal to the depth of cutting trench followed by loading rocks in transportation means. Cutting trench depth is equal to the depth of excavating. Layer of rock triangle is worked layer-by-layer with delay in time and space using machine of layer-by-layer cutting.
