FIELD: medicine; orthopedics; applicable in treatment of dysplasia of hip joint and hypoplastic coxarthrosis in adults. SUBSTANCE: full pericapsular transchondral corticotomy of supraacetabular region is effected with preservation of blood supply of fractured fragments and use of perosseous distraction osteosynthesis, dosed transchondral traction of osteochondrous graft is accomplished with formation of osteochondrous regenerate of the required size to provide for full covering of femur head. EFFECT: provision of congruent joint surfaces of hip joint of adequate sizes.
