METHOD OF PRODUCING CHEMICALLY STABLE PLASTIC, CHEMICALLY STABLE PLASTIC

FIELD: polymers, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: method involves the producing chemically stable haloid-containing plastic. Reactive groups were added to haloid-containing polymer and this polymer is cross-linked by reaction with organic compound containing a number of functional groups by heat action in the process or after process of such material processing. Polyvinyl chloride is preferable polymer but this method can be used for producing cross-linking products from other haloid-containing polymers. The present invention relates with chemically stable cross-linked plastic involving 20-98% copolymer of vinyl chloride with glycidyl-monomer, 0-80% plasticizer, 0.05-10% organic cross-linking agent with a number of functional groups, 0.1-10% stabilizing agent and 0-3% lubricant. Proposed plastic can be used in oil-resistant and chemically stable products, especially, in films also. EFFECT: improved method of plastic producing.
