FIELD: building, manufacture of decorating-facing pieces for building pieces used mainly for buildings inner and outer facing. SUBSTANCE: method of decorating-facing pieces manufacture provides, that blank, that has outer layer of glass granulate and metals oxides, and inner layer of sand (up to 25 %), slag (up to 40 %), aluminum oxide (5 - 7 %), binder (2 -8 %) and glass granulate, is subjected to thermal treatment in furnace. Outer layer is applied directly on inner layer surface, that is preliminary wetted with liquid glass. Thermal treatment of blank provides for heating up to temperature over or equal to Littleton temperature of outer layer glass granulate, holding under the temperature and two staged cooling with holding under constant temperature between stages. At first stage cooling is exercised at speed of 10 -30 deg C/minute to upper temperature of annealing. Gas separation of minimization is achieved by introduction in inner layer composition of liquid binder and pressing of layers. lank is subjected to thermal treatment in mould or without mould with preliminary its formation in split form. Inner layer material is added with about 40 % of easy inflammable substance, for example wood chips, ignition temperature of which is no more then 2/3 of thermal treatment maximum temperature. In the case piece has high porosity of inner layer and low factor of heat conductivity. Cylindrical pieces are manufactured in rotating cylindrical form. Outer layer of blank is added with decorating members with similar to glass factor of temperature expansion. As a version pieces are fixed directly on building details surface by joint thermal treatment. EFFECT: improved process of decorating-facing pieces production. 14 cl
