FIELD: reprocessing of used plastic and other components of objects. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has casing, drive mounted in casing and parallel rolls with projections positioned on roll surface. One of rolls is connected with drive. Projections are formed as interengageable teeth. Other roll is mounted for loose rotation on spindle fixed in rotary lever. Spindle is secured in casing. One arm of lever is spring-biased to casing and other arm is supported by restrictor screwed into casing. Casing has syringe ampule receptacle with slot for receiving movable knife, which is coupled with handle through lever and spindle. Handle is positioned outside casing. EFFECT: increased efficiency by preventing disposable medical used needles and syringes to be repeatedly used, wider operational capabilities and enhanced reliability in operation. 2 cl, 2 dwg
