SUBSTANCE: method involves anastomosis of the proximal end of the sigmoid intestine with the side surface of its distal part at a distance of 3-5 cm from the straight intestine so that a semidetached segment is formed. The ureters are cut off the bladder wall, then they led through a tunnel created in the submucous layer of the upper part of the segment, and implanted. The entrance of the segment is made narrower by stitching. The mucous membrane of the bladder is exfoliated from the muscular wall and excised. The muscular wall is folded lengthwise with U-shaped stitches. The defect on the front abdominal wall is replaced by two square skin patches with rounded corners cut out in the bosom area. The patches are turned toward the defect and stitched together. In the process of cutting out patches, the cavernous bodies of the penis are detached from the bosom bones. EFFECT: less traumatic method; less frequent post-surgery complications; higher level of social adaptation.
