FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: adhesive plaster bandage, wound bandage, suture or surgical sheet intended for covering wound are made from flexible rubber of laminated structure, hydrophylic hydrogel polymer bound to one side of flexible rubber, and adhesive substance bound with hydrophylic hydrogel polymer, at least, on the first section of adhesive plaster bandage, wound bandage, suture or surgical sheet. Adhesive substance is used in the form of hydrogel adhesive substance with cellulose, polyurethane or polyacrylate base. Flexible rubber is used, preferably, in the form of rubber which is preliminarily treated with hydrogel polymer prior to use. Medicament of pyridinchlorocetyl or ammonium benzyl type may be bound with hydrophylic hydrogel polymer on plaster bandage part having no adhesive, wound bandage or surgical sheet to provide for slow liberation of medicament, and, if required, adhesive parts may be covered with removed plastic. In one version of embodiment, adhesive plaster bandage 10 is a laminated material consisting of flexible elastomer 15 whose one side is bound with hydrogel polymer coating 20.
