METHOD OF DETERMINATION OF DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF SUPPORTS OF ROTORS OF TURBINE-DRIVEN SETS

FIELD: testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: amplitude and phases of vibration displacement of supports and collets of rotor in horizontal and vertical directions are measured before and after installation of each of two different unbalance systems on rotor. Dynamic forces acting on oil film are found by comparison of changes of vibration displacements of collets obtained from calculations of induced vibrations of rotor under action of singular forces and mounted unbalance systems. Dynamic characteristics of supports and oil film in them are determined by obtained dynamic forces and changes of measured vibration displacements of supports and collets. EFFECT: increased precision and adaptability of measurements.
