METHOD OF PURIFYING BUTADIENE FROM ACETYLENE HYDROCARBONS

FIELD: purification processes in petrochemical industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to butadiene purification method consisting in extractive rectification in presence of acetonitrile and withdrawal of purified butadiene with extractive rectification column distillate followed by separating from slop (i) acetylene hydrocarbon fraction being the last in desorption column and taken as side-cut distillate and (ii) vapor butadiene-containing stream taken as top product and returned to still of extractive rectification column. In order to reduce power consumption, 55-80% of butadiene based on fed butadiene weight is taken in the top product of desorption column, and extractive distillation process is conducted with 75-83 wt % acetonitrile content in the still product. EFFECT: reduced cost.
