FIELD: electrotechnical industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains (mass parts): polyvinylchloride 100, copolymer of methylmethacrylate, butadiene and styrene 3-9, plasticizer 10-25, heat stabilizing agent 5-9. mentione above copolymer contains 19-22 mass % of methylmethacrylate, 44-49 mass % of butadiene and 29-35 mass % styrene. Dialkyl ester of dicarboxylic acid is used as said plasticizer. Mixture of calcium and lad salts is used as mentioned above heat stabilizing agent. EFFECT: improves shrinkage characteristics. 1 tbl
