Prodn. of sophorose glyco-lipid bio-surfactants

摘要

Prodn. of bio-surfactants comprising sophorose glycolipids is effected by lysing Cryptococcus curvatus cells and using the lysate as the sole C and N source for culturing Candida bombicola, Candida apicola or Candida magnoliae.
