Spectrum analysis device comprises a source (LA) of excitation radiation (REX) directed onto a sample (EMP). The emitted RAMAN spectrum (RD) is filtered firstly by separator filter (FS1). The separator filter (FS1) reflects a spectral band (TLB) of the radiation which it receives and transmits the remainder (RAM) of the radiation which it receives. The spectral band (TLB) is centred on the excitation radiation (REX) and the remainder of the radiation (RAM) corresponds to the desired RAMAN spectrum. The spectral band (TLB) is then filtered by a band eliminating filter (FCB) in order to eliminate therefrom the spectral band (ET) with a steep elimination slope, and embracing the wavelength ( lambda omicron ) of the excitation radiation (REX). The remaining spectral band (LBO) is re-combined with the RAMAN spectrum (RAM) via mirror (M2) and filter (FS1) so that the detection and analysis means (MAY) process the complementary radiations (LBO and RAM) combined in this way.
