Collapsible umbrella aerator passing through small openings in large tanks

The unit introduces gases or aerates water- or product vessels with narrow access openings, and has holding arms (2) with supports (1) and a central manifold (3) with connections to perforated flexible tubes (4). These are clamped (5) to the arms, which fold upwards, umbrella-like, on pulling the hoisting lines (6). In this state the unit may be passed through the small opening clearance (7) into the vessel, where the hoisting lines are released. The unit opens to full size (8) and lies on the vessel floor, to be supplied (9) with gas or air. Pref. the flexible tubes (4) may be implemented as perforated pipes, slotted screens or nozzles.
