A unit for forming a first plane and a unit for forming a second plane are arranged parallel to one another between a first and second group of delivery lines. Movable bodies are arranged to be movable back and forth in a predetermined direction on the first plane, while those which are arranged on the second plane are movable back and forth in a direction perpendicular to this direction. The delivery lines of the first and second group of delivery lines and the movable bodies at each unit are in each case connected to one another by flexible delivery-line elements. A movable body at the first unit and a movable body at the second unit are moved to such a position that they are opposite one another. This movement step is repeated in order to prepare a fluid-delivery route between the two groups of delivery lines.
