Method of colouring eggs with pref. natural colourings

The method involves filling a container with a quantity of water which covers the number of eggs which are to be painted with the specified colour. The required dye is added to the container, and the eggs to be coloured inserted. The filled containers are placed in boiling water and heated for a preset period of time, after which the containers are cooled down.The boiling water contains an additive reducing the steam pressure. The container is in the form of a bag made of plastics resistant to temperature of up to 100 deg. Celsius, and which is closed while leaving a steam outlet.
