The valve (100) has at least one fluid inlet and outlet. The valve structure includes diaphragm guided plugs, coated with respective valve seats. The valve also has at least one hydraulically actuated main stage valve (14), and at least one advance control stage valve (110). The main and control valves can be each engaged by the system pressure, while the advance control valve is hydraulically coupled to the main stage valve via actuating mechanisms (61-66). Pref. a throttle is integrated in the advance control stage valve inlet, which is coupled to the main stage valve control pressure feed via the throttle and a prevalve chamber (152).
