(these can be identical or different if (n = m) is greater than 1); R1-R3 = C-organic or Si-organic gps.; n = valency of M in complex (A); m = 1-5; n - m = O or more. Also claimed is a process for the prodn. of homo- or copolymers of ethylene and other olefins by insertion polymerisation using catalyst (I). Also claimed are polymers of ethylene and alkyl- and aryl-substd. olefins obtd. by this process.
