Secured container for transport of dangerous fuels

A container has two sub-containers between which run at least two pipes with valves or flow limiters. These are hand-operated or electrically operated and are open or closed depending on various parameters like position, shock loading or ambient temperature. All the sub-containers fit inside the whole container leaving a space between the walls which is filled with a medium at lower than atmospheric pressure. If the outside wall is damaged, an alarm is activated.
