Laboratory washing machine which cleans efficiently, saving time, effort and materials

Laboratory article washing machine is newly designed for efficient cleaning, and comprises a cleaning space (6) containing a motor-driven rotary plate (9) with the items (7) attached to it. A nozzle segment (14) jets fluid, directed to clean the items internally, and a further nozzle segment (15) cleans them externally. During the process, plate rotation moves the items past the nozzles. A steam generator is included, with tubing and control valves to the nozzle segments. A processor controls the valves and the motor driving the plate. Also claimed is a cleaning procedure in which the article is slowly and repeatedly passed before the nozzles in the device described, being sprayed by one or more cleaning fluids.
