The drive for the carrying arrangement (1) consists of a conventional stator (2) arranged along the path of motion and rotors integrated into the carrying devices or at least permanently connected to them. The carrying devices can be rollers or balls arranged in a V formation. They can be driven individually or in groups.Thr rotors can be formed by vane wheels. The stators can be formed by air nozzles arranged along the transport path and directed towards the vane wheels. The rotors are driven by compressed air pulses.
