摘要

PURPOSE: To provide excellent cleaning properties and holding and transporting properties for cleaning objects, increase the speed of a conveyer, dry cleaned objects forcedly, and prevent formation of water drop stains after cleaning even if water or pure water is used as a cleaning liquid. ;CONSTITUTION: In a continuous ultrasonic wave cleaning apparatus wherein a cleaning liquid storing tank 9 which has a function to supplement a cleaning liquid to a cleaning tank is installed in the lower part of a cleaning tank 3 in which an ultrasonic wave vibrator 4 is set and a net conveyer 1b is set to run straightly, a net conveyer 1a synchromized with the net conveyer 1b is used to transport a cleaning object 2 and a high flow speed air blower 13 is installed in the down stream side of the cleaning tank 3. Consequently, even if water or pure water is used as a cleaning liquid 5b, the ultrasonic wave cleaning efficiency is high and the cleaning liquid is scattered at once by the high speed blower and at the time of drying the cleaning object 2 does not move and the cleaning liquid is scattered instantly, so that blot or water drop stain is not formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
