Dispensing assembly, especially for dispensing cosmetic or pharmaceutical products, including a container (2) and a dispensing head (3) integral with the container (2). The dispensing head (3) includes a dispensing channel (13) connecting the container (2) to an external dispensing orifice closed by a closure system F which includes two elements: an obturator (11a) and a seat (12a); the two elements (11a, 12a) are in contact when there is no dispensing and they move apart under the pressure of the dispensed product by deformation of at least one of the two elements. A part, 10 for example, of the dispensing head delimiting the channel (13) is constructed from a polymeric synthetic plastic material capable of releasing at least one antiseptic and/ôor antioxidising agent.
