A device for acoustically affecting physical and psychic functions comprises a control signal generator (100) and a noise generator (110), the input of which is connected to an output of the control signal generator (100), which generates a noise depending on the received signals, in which the pitch of the basic frequency and/or the oscillation frequency or its basic rhythm and/or the upper wave content and/or the envelope curve of each sound depend upon the signals received.
