The collapsible basket incorporated in the boot (3) can be made of metal wires (1) but also be made of moulded elements such as plastics or aluminium. A moulded groove in the mat or carpet receives the frame of the basket. The bottom of the basket can be made of a metal plate embossed to create hinges or in a moulded material with incorporated or added hinges. A clip allows the basket to remain unfold when needed. A recessed area is formed in the carpet taking the shape of the bottom of the basket. An alternative solution being to mould, in the mat or the carpet itself, a frame ref. (6) on which the sides are articulated.
