Process for obtaining a raw material in the form of granules in the anhydrous, microporous state, having a regular shape and surface and of calibrated size. BR/ The process consists in: BR/ (a) obtaining a dispersion or a solution in a solvent or a solvent mixture suitable for freeze-drying a powdered raw material, said dispersion or solution having a viscosity permitting to mechanically form calibrated drops; BR/ (b) mechanically form, from said dispersion or solution, calibrated drops; BR/ (c) freezing the drops formed in step (b) to obtain frozen drops; and BR/ (d) freeze-drying the frozen drops obtained in step (c) to obtain anhydrous, microporous granules having a regular size-sized shape and surface, of the raw material.
