The device includes two non-deformable quadrilaterals which generate pendular movements. The lower quadrilateral is fixed for use as a base. The upper quadrilateral (4b) carries the simulator cabin (7) which is movable w.r.t. the lower quadrilateral due to an axle (2) jointed to eight vertices and actuated by jacks (6). A deformable trapezoid (1) is used to simulate longitudinal motion with the cabin tilted backwards by one jack bearing upon the surfaces bounded by the two parallelograms. The movements are displayed on a conventional screen (10).
