Oscillating muscle exerciser especially for oblique muscles

The exercise shell is a portion of a cone with a circular or elliptical arc base (4). There is an anti-slip inclined support zone (6) which is concave from top to bottom. A longitudinal groove (7) connects the top and bottom of the shell. The cone top (s) is hollowed by a notch (8) which allows free passage of the vertebrae apophyses. Two stops (5,5'), located symmetrical to the longitudinal axis, are in the shape of webs and limit angular rotation of the shell and prevent the pelvis from sliding. The inviolable support zone stretches from the base of the cone to the top and has a slope of height defined by the radius of the base. The support base is made anti-slip either during manufacture of the shell or by sticking an ant-slip material onto it.
