Electric filter connector with casing incorporating monolithic ceramic filter

The connector includes a two-part casing (1A,1B) which encloses an electrically insulating body (2A,2B) into which the contacts (3-5) are inserted. The filtering element (6) is a monolithic plate with holes (7a-7c) through which the contacts pass. Electrical connection is maintained by an elastic conductive element (8a-8c) formed by folding of a stamped-out sheet to a square section and inserted into the internal face of each hole in the ceramic. The entire assembly is held together by crimped tabs (12) on edges of the outer casing.
