Implement for cutting gateaux into equal parts

The guide comprises a plane circular plate (1) of lesser radius than the upper part of the gateaux, having notches (2) directed to the centre of the gateaux which define the circular sectors (3) of identical angle. These notches assure the guiding of the cutting operation. The device has a part in the form of a blade (4) on at least one face of the device and perpendicular to the face. The blade (4) is destined to be planted in the gateaux.
