The warhead, made with hollow charges which operate in sequence from the front to the rear and are sepd. by protective elements (15,25), comprises a forward module with -2 hollow charges (1,2) mounted in tandem and having a calibre which is smaller than that of the main warhead; the charges have a detonation delay of between 100 and 500 mu -secs.. The main charge (3) has a calibre the same as that of the warhead, and a detonation delay relative to the rear charge in the forward module of between 200 and 2000 mu -secs.. The protective elements between charges are also in the form of charges and are equipped with arming safety elements (12,22) with interfaces (14,24) of a cellular material. The detonation delays are produced by piezoelectric generators (13,23). The calibre of the hollow charges in the forward module is between 0.25 and 0.50 of the main warhead, and the mass of the forward module is 10-35% of the main warhead charge.
