(57) Abstract This invention has the 1st refractor which is laid out in one side of the emission line source and the target which is laid out on opposite side of the emission line source, it consists of the light condensing convergence system of radiation. At the time of this constituting, 1st and 2nd distance (1zs/r1) (1zi/r1) =1 satisfies formula approximately. However, as for zs 1st distance, as for zi 2nd distance, as for r1 when using for the part compensation of aberration the toroidal refractor, it is 1st radius of curvature of the toroidal reflected surface part of the 1st refractor. In addition, in order furthermore to improve the light condensing tonnage as another execution feature, opposing with the 1st refractor, and it is possible to provide the 2nd refractor on back of the electromagnetic line source. This system furthermore may be constituted by the housing which has the flank which possesses the inside which forms the 1st and 2nd refractor furthermore as another execution feature.
