PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce the cultured shoot for acacia plants. which has high growing speed, strong activity and high stability. ;SOLUTION: Concerning the tissue piece of acacia plants, the shoot apex part is aseptically extended while using a culture medium containing auxin phytohormone from 0 to 10.0mg/L and cytokinin phytohormone from 0.001 to 10.0mg/L and cultured into the shoot practically having no root, next, this shoot is immersed in a solution containing auxin phytohormone from 0.01 to 10.0mg/L or coated with powder having a component for promoting the rooting of this shoot, this shoot is transplanted into bed soil for rooting, and the shoot is rooted and made into plant body.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
