PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a body wrinkle easily generated to an erect wall part in particular when executing deep drawing of Al or Al alloy sheet by press forming. ;SOLUTION: It is a deep drawing forming method that by pressing/fixing the peripheral part of Al or Al alloy sheet on a die face and pressing the center part with a punch, a flange part of Al or Al alloy sheet pressed/fixed on the die face and an erect wall curved part, which has a side face erect wall part inclined in the direction orthogonal to the flange part and is curved in the lateral direction, are formed. Forming is executed under the condition shown in the following inequality α.δ.sinθ.γ1/2380. Wherein, θ is an angle between erect wall curved part and direction orthogonal to flange part, δ is a length from the inside edge of flange face at the center part of scratch (shock mark) to erect wall curved part, α is a center angle of curved fan shape on the lateral plane of erect curved part, γ is a radius of circular arc boundary line when contacting with the inside edge of die which is formed when Al or Al alloy sheet is pressed/fixed on die face.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
