PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pull out a core made by cutting a body to be bored easily even in a relatively heavyweight body to be bored such as an iron reinforced concrete construction, and correspond to the case where an extremely long hole is required to be bored in a body. ;SOLUTION: This apparatus for making a large-diameter hole is to make a large-diameter hole, and comprises a sintered blade tip 16 formed on the tip end of the opening peripheral part 14 of a cylindrical body 12 consisting of a rigid body, the cylindrical body 12 being the same diameter from the tip end to the rear end and being hollow, and also comprises a hole saw 10 opened in both front end and rear end. Furthermore, it comprises rotating means 34, 36, 38, 40, 44, 46 for transmitting driving forces of a driving source 42 for rotating the hole saw 10, and hole saw 10 conveying means 48, 50, 52, 54, 56 for forwarding the hole saw 10 toward the body to be bored.
